Maximise Synergy to improve outcomes

Synergy is a flexible, modular, automated education management system. With an intuitive interface, it’s designed to be easy to use and reliable, and this has been proven in over 100 local authorities across England, Wales and Scotland.

We designed it to help you achieve more powerful outcomes for families by having all the information you need in the right place at the right time. By providing expert support to help you make the most of Synergy, we enable you to spend more time on caring and less on administration and IT management.

We offer a range of tools and professional services to help you maximise how you use our Synergy education management system. They’re designed to let you do what you do best – care for others. We call it Digital Care and we’re right here beside you.


SysTalk underpins the vision of an integrated children’s service; it can map data from multiple systems into a single record for each child. SysTalk lets you load, cleanse and de-duplicate information from a variety of sources and a range of file formats. This allows you to easily and effectively update a child’s core record on Synergy.


Orchestra automates feeds from your schools or other systems outside of Synergy to get regular, hassle free information into your system. This provides local authorities a real insight into day-to-day changes with the children under their care, keeping staff in the picture.

Synergy Administrator

This enables your IT administrators to configure Synergy settings. We work with you to up skill your people, which helps to reduce your operating costs. It also helps to ensure that everyone using your Synergy system has a user-friendly experience.

Managed IT Service (MITS)

We offer a variety of managed IT services that we can tailor and implement to suit your specific needs. Our experienced consultants can manage your Synergy software upgrades at a time that’s convenient to you. This allows you to concentrate on providing care while we ensure you have the best possible versions of our software for your authority.
