Core+ | Scanning

With services looking to optimise resources and spend more time on delivery rather than recording, Servelec are pleased to offer an alternative to keyboard input for session attendance.

> Enquire about Core+ Scanning

Using a hand-held scanner, practitioners can record attendance either by scanning the young person’s unique reference number in barcode format from a membership card, or from a pre-printed membership list.

There are two options available for Scanning:

  • Option 1 allows users to scan barcodes creating instant entries in the quick attendance window within session attendance.
  • Option 2 allows practitioners to scan barcodes in the field with the scanner storing attendance in memory with the attendance data uploaded at a later date. The scanner can hold up to 15000 records at one time.
