The Council is replacing siloed software with a fully integrated digital case management system, encompassing Servelec’s Mosaic social care case management system and Synergy children’s services management software. Doncaster’s social workers can now see a complete picture of a vulnerable service user’s family case history, education provisioning and financial support packages, enabling better, faster decisions and more appropriate support.
Doncaster Council will also implement Servelec’s supplier, citizen and professional online portals, to support the Council’s digital personalisation agenda and providing an improved experience for Doncaster citizens requiring care.
The five-year contract for the integrated digital education and social care case management solution was procured under a single tender; a first in local council procurement.
