Senior Developer, Edinburgh
I joined Servelec as a graduate developer and during my nine years here I’ve been involved with many high-profile projects. Most recently, the work we are doing to develop mobile applications and integrate our products will save care providers vast amounts of time and money. It is pleasing to know the work the team and I are doing, is helping care providers to care for others. We have development teams in London, Edinburgh and Sheffield who all work closely together. As a developer it is never boring as project work and maintenance is rotated between the teams, meaning there is always something new to be working on.
Events Manager, Sheffield
As part of the Marketing team at Servelec, I am responsible for organising tens of customer-focused events each year from small workshops to annual user conferences with hundreds of delegates. At Servelec we believe our customers are the true care experts and we do all we can to provide a platform on which they can share best practice with each other. The most enjoyable part of my role is facilitating the collaboration between my colleagues and our customers, and hearing first-hand how our solutions improve lives.
Adult Social Care Strategy Consultant, London
I am a qualified social worker and joined Servelec from Warrington Borough Council in March 2017. As a social worker in Warrington, I was made aware of the Mosaic case management system when Warrington began implementing the system in early 2015. I found that Mosaic transformed my role, and I valued the software so much that I sought out a career with Servelec. In my role as a strategy consultant, I work closely with our customers on a daily basis to make sure they are getting the most benefit out of the system. One way we do this is to hold regular customer workshops, which our users find so valuable. At Servelec, we a passionate about providing a stage for our users to learn and support each other.
Support Engineer, London
When working in a support role it can be natural to receive criticism and negativity when the product isn't working correctly. However, like I’ve witnessed recently, when a customer presents in great detail how that same product improves NHS clinician's lives on a daily basis, this makes me proud to be a part of Servelec. Before I became a support engineer with Servelec I experienced the hardship of caring for patients using systems prior to Rio. Hearing how much of a difference Rio has made to Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s clinicians and patients over recent years really inspired me and gave me new sense of pride. Its days like these that make you proud to do what we do and work for a company like Servelec.
