Become part of a team which develops, implements and supports specialist case management solutions used by local government education departments which support the universal and specialist services provided to children, young people and families. 

If you have a technical background and have experience of using any of the areas listed below, we don’t expect you to have experience in all the areas as further training and learning will occur in the role. However, you will have awareness in some areas, and a strength in at least one which will definitely help you succeed in this role. 

  • Windows Server 
  • SQL Server (T-SQL/DBA) 
  • Remote Desktop Services (RemoteApp) 
  • IIS 
  • Active Directory 
  • Group Policy 
  • PowerShell
