As our new talent acquisition business partner, you’ll be entrusted with helping deliver our workforce of the future. That means sourcing, attracting, engaging, assessing, offering and then onboarding them into this already highly talented group of people who are changing the way our public sector operates.
This isn’t an easy ride. Our customers are demanding, and our Hiring Community expect high standards, so you’ll need a burning desire to deliver brilliant service from day one.
If you have in-house experience, then great. If you don’t but have strong applicant engagement, sourcing, attracting and offer management skills from an agency background then that’s great. We can work with both. Knowledge of the tech industry will be essential, as will be a drive to improve the whole recruitment experience.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll be guided through everything you need to achieve. You’ll achieve more in one year here than in five years at a huge corporate where you’re just a number.
