Head of Talent Acquisition 

Servelec? No, most of our recent joiners hadn’t heard of us either. Most also hadn’t heard our market leading software is the foundation that allows medical practitioners to spend more time with their patients driving up standards in our beloved NHS, allowing teachers more time teaching, social workers within their communities and youth workers to work their magic with the people of our future. As our new Head of Talent Acquisition, you will look after recruiting our most prized asset and our workforce of the future. That’s right. This isn’t ‘come and keep the wheels turning’ role. This is, ‘come in and decide what wheels we need, how big they are and how fast they need to turn’.

This role will continuously shape the processes required to identify and hire exceptional people, influence the way we recruit, design our employer brand strategy and ultimately define the culture. It’s also hands on so you’ll be managing some pretty cool recruitment campaigns. 

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, managing a recruiter, reporting into our forward thinking HRD, they will let you own and influence our Talent Acquisition Strategy. Exciting right? You will work closely with our Hiring Managers, HRBP’s and our Finance Team to ensure we are on top of hiring demands.

Workforce Planning
This forms the core of the TA offering. Truly embedding yourself and the function into the wider business operation to make us a proactive service. 

Stakeholder management 
Drive unbelievable stakeholder management to all current, potential and future hiring managers 

Employer Brand 
Design an engaging, innovative and truly unique employer brand strategy which would make Servelec stand out as an Employer of choice 

Technology
Ensure we have fit for purpose tech stack to support everything we do i.e. to support candidate sourcing, employer branding, candidate attraction, video interviewing, stakeholder management (remove as much admin from your, the TA teams and your stakeholder’s world)
