We're trying to redefine our entire HR (People) operations and the service we give to colleagues. To do this we need a great HR (People services) engine. We're currently building this engine but we'd love the person to come in and put their own stamp on what a great shared service function can do. If that sounds interesting then please keep reading.

Who are we? A gem of a company that not many people have heard of. Which is a massive shame because the chances are that you or someone you love will have been positively impacted by our software and leading tech. You just didn’t know it – until now.

Most also hadn’t heard our market leading software is the foundation that allows medical practitioners to spend more time with their patients, driving up standards in our beloved NHS. It streamlines services within our education sector, gives more time to social workers within their communities, and enables youth workers to work their magic with future generations.

We make powerful changes in the things that matter. It’s down to two things: our people and our technology.

We need someone who has built or managed an HR Shared Services centres before and craves continuous improvement from an HR (People) perspective. That could be streamlining, re-building or even automating low level low value tasks.

This role will be responsible for leading a new, small, highly motivated team which owns everything from the policy management, HR suppliers, background checking, systems administration, employee relation advice, visa applications and general HR admin duties. (but that’s the thing, this is all we know it can do. You might have better ideas and we’d love to hear them).

This will be taking over a fantastic interim who is currently getting it off the ground but we'd like to start the process of finding our permanent solution who wants to take over the baton.

Supporting and reporting to an ambitious People Director, you’ll be working closely with the wider People team, delivering strategic and tactical projects that shape the kind of business we want to be.
