As a Junior Sales Operations Executive you will be a key component of the Sales team. The primary purpose of the role is to support the operational activity of the Sales Operations team, providing thorough analysis of prospect profiles, identifying and qualifying new potential prospects and being the first level engagement with new & existing customers. As an advocate of the customer experience, the role will be to understand key customer requirements and ensure that activity maximises value and stakeholder satisfaction.
What we are looking for is experience of working within business or commercial teams that support a sales or even marketing functions. Identifying key contacts within organisations and being confident and comfortable to approach them via a variety of methods, is important. As are great researching skills and a demonstrable ability to analyse key data and reports e.g. researching press releases, reporting on NHS/Health/Government reports relating to bed management, capacity, flow and capacity management challenges across the UK.
