Deputy Head of Sales Operations

We are looking for an Deputy Head of Sales Operations to join our busy office.

What will you be doing?

Manager the end to end sales support processes including bids, technical proposal production, telemarketing and the CCN process
Support the Head of Sales Operation with the general management of the department
Own the processes associated with the production of standard pricing and standard response templates
Own the process of building start proposal templates
Own the process of continual improvement in business case data and templates
Chair all relevant internal meetings
Support the Bid Manager for the on time delivery of a quality bid that meets customer requirements ensuring Company compliance is adhered to
Ensure necessary Due Diligence, bid confidentiality and bid checklist is complete.
Ensure sales to operations hand over meetings are executed effectively for key contracts
The ability to manipulate and “shape” deals and formulate relationships that facilitates viable client solutions
Ensure that technical proposals are of adequate quality
Manage the relevant KPI’s as defined by the Head of Sales Operations
