As the Account Support Executive, you will play a major role in delivering a high level of service to our current customers, and in development and nurturing of the key relationships within the Healthcare sector. Managing the activities around Servelec’s portfolio of products and services, you will be advocating, and highlighting customer challenges/issues and form part of the team entrusted to deliver the best solution. Working with Account Management teams and the Head of Accounts, to ensure that bids and proposals are effective, structured and commercial - maximising value and customer satisfaction.

The very best Account Support Executive will have a solid understanding of developing business cases and have strong understanding of commercial returns (ROI) as well as be able to understand market analysis and drivers. Agile at working collaboratively with the Sales Operations teams as well as Technical/Software teams, ensuing the product offering and appropriate solution match to the customer need Experience of working in similar technology-based background is ideal. However, a strong track record in a customer facing environment, building relationships and with great creative and innovative thinking is great too.
