Our approach

Currently our courses are delivered through onsite local training. In 2020 we will be offering a more agile approach to training via a range of inhouse courses delivered at our Northwich office and a suite of virtual learning courses using leading online collaboration tools.

Onsite Local Training

With onsite local training a dedicated Servelec Consultant will deliver the course or courses, in a location and venue of your choice.

Inhouse Servelec Training

In 2020 we will be launching our inhouse candidate rate training. This will be available on a select number of courses throughout the year with dates communicated regularly. Inhouse training courses will be delivered in our dedicated training room at our Northwich office.

Virtual Learning

Our virtual training courses are coming soon to a screen near you. Utilising the latest collaboration tools these sessions will be open to a larger number of candidates and target specific Mosaic functionality as well as other products and services, including new releases.
These interactive demonstrations will form our Bitesize Learning curriculum. These micro courses are designed to last for between 1-2 hours and deliver focused knowledge sharing and demonstrations of functionality.

Our trainers

Our courses are delivered by our dedicated social care trainers who are as passionate about social care as they are learning and development.  In addition to the full time Training Team we also have several subject matter experts who support some of our advanced curriculums.

"The training session was very valuable and well organised: good exercises, good speed, well communicated. The trainer was very knowledgeable and engaging. It was definitely very worthwhile. As well as expanding knowledge, it has filled in some gaps and given us all a common shared knowledge base to work even better together."

Your Continuous Professional Development

We know that continuous professional development (CPD) is important to you and here at Servelec we share this sentiment.

Continuing to learn and develop throughout your career allows you to keep your skills and knowledge up-to-date and ensures you are practicing safely and effectively.

Servelec wants to enhance its contribution towards this standard by offering certification of knowledge transfer for our training courses from November 2019.

These certificates will make it easier than ever to evidence any investment made into professional training with Servelec and relate it to how candidates have put this learning into practice.

eLearning

To deliver eLearning, Servelec has partnered with MeLearning, a leading digital learning company. Training is delivered through MeLearning’s cutting-edge training solution, LearnStream.

LearnStream is a blend of different training interventions which complement each other, ensuring each learner reaches system competency in the shortest time possible. An important part of this solution is delivering learning which encourages people to retain the maximum amount of information. Through LearnStream, Servelec and MeLearning can provide effective, efficient and time-saving training to your teams.

Helping you deliver better care.

We have made it as easy as possible for you to choose the right training at the right time for you and your colleagues. We want to help you make the way you work, work better.
