What will I learn?

The course will give you the knowledge to complete a purchasing work step in Mosaic. The course will take people through the screens to purchase, authorise, revise and end service provisions. We will cover both how and why the screens are used and the underlying functionality being used. Delegates will learn to create new elements and see them being used.
