Servelec's portal solution, Finestra, supports person-centred planning providing a self-service approach to enable individuals to manage their care and support planning, personal budget and commission services online. This allows individuals to access and engage with the local authority’s services more effectively, providing them with the ability to be in control of their own information.
Finestra is designed to give access to citizens, professionals and providers and the portal also provides benefits for multi-agency working, which may include the police, education, health and other third sector agencies. This enables information to flow between care providers and service users helping to increase productivity, deliver time savings, support effective decision making and deliver cost benefits.
