The case management system will enable case workers to spend more time with the families they are working with through provision of a joined up approach and reducing the requirement for multiple data entry. Mosaic will also provide a future focused system that allows Portsmouth to expand the use of the system over time, whilst being supported with Statutory and Best Practice changes by Servelec.
Servelec will be providing additional support to Portsmouth City Council with implementation and hosting services as part of the contract. The new case management system will also use Servelec's Corius Business Intelligence system for reporting, and will be integrated to work alongside the Council’s existing systems.
Nicole Miners, Sales Director at Servelec comments, “With approximately 52,000 records, plus historical data and a need for an integrated finance system, Portsmouth City Council were looking to commission a children’s social care IT case management and integrated finance system, and Mosaic suits their needs perfectly. We are very pleased to have secured this contract with Portsmouth City Council, and look forward to many years of working closely together.”
Mosaic is a social care case management application that provides a modern, fully integrated solution for Adults, Children’s and financial case management on a single platform, which means a lower cost of ownership for organisations as well as less resources to manage multiple systems and databases.
