The Children Centres module will provide a single view of children and their families in the area. It allows data sharing and cross-service reporting, including important event, support and assessment information to provide a holistic view of a family; meaning youth service teams will have more time to concentrate on delivering care and do what they do best, supporting children and their families.
Rotherham Council is a long-standing customer of Servelec’s Core+ Client Caseload Information System (CCIS), which helps youth services teams record all case management information on a young person in one place.
Core+ Children Centres will replace the Council’s existing solution, and adds to the range of other Servelec solutions, which includes FIS Funding module from the Synergy education management suite and Hosting.
Sam Throsby, Business Development Consultant at Servelec, comments: “The joint partnership between Rotherham Council and Servelec is really important to us and we’re delighted to add to their existing Servelec products. We look forward to working with the Council over the coming months to enable joined up digital care and help secure better outcomes for young people and families in Rotherham.”
Implementation of the Children’s Centres module is currently underway, and the system is due to go live later this year.
