About the conference
Our Social Care team will be at Social Work Scotland's Annual Conference: Rights, Relationships and Recognition.
The conference is designed to provide delegates with a range of speakers giving different perspectives on the delivery of social work and social care services.
The two day event is designed to be informative and encourage debate amongst delegates, through interactive plenary sessions and carefully selected topical workshops, which offer a chance for delegates to look in more depth at examples of new and emerging good practice.
The core values of social work, with its commitment to social justice, human rights and relationships, are at the centre of Scotland’s public policy. A main aim is to recognise the contribution that social workers are making every day, at all levels of an increasingly integrated service landscape, to safeguarding the interests of individuals and communities.
