Our experience of working with Servelec Youth Services has been really positive, both in terms of how they engage with us as customers and with Core+ as a product. From day one they were keen to hear our feedback and actively use this to develop their services. We were the first YOT to migrate data from our existing provider and had some concerns around how challenging this would be. There was clear commitment from Servelec Youth Services to ensure the whole process ran as smoothly as possible with effective communication throughout the project.
Servelec Youth Services have a good working knowledge of youth justice requirements and strike an important balance between this and respecting that we bring to the table a wealth of front-line knowledge. This collaborative approach is also reflected in the software itself, which both meets the statutory needs of the YOS and allows us the flexibility to develop local reporting processes to meet our own ever-evolving practice.
The level of customer service we receive is excellent and we look forward to continuing this collaborative working relationship.
